The service

PropertyWorx is subscription software for licensed Australian real-estate agencies to manage residential rentals, including a statutory trust account ledger. New agencies get a 30-day free trial; Pro features (AI assistance, the StrataWorks connection and the API) are included in the trial and the Pro plan.

Your responsibilities

The agency remains the licensee: it is responsible for its trust account, its notices and its advice to owners and tenants. PropertyWorx checks entries against the NSW rules it knows about and says so plainly, but those checks support professional judgement and are not legal advice. Keep sign-in details private and turn on two-step sign-in.

Your data

The agency owns its data. It is stored in Australia and handled under our privacy policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can export your records at any time, and we return or delete them when you leave. Declined and withdrawn applicants' details are removed after six months.

Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available at all times and keep regular backups, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We'll tell you before making changes that materially affect you.

Fees

Subscription fees are shown before you subscribe and charged in Australian dollars including GST. You can cancel at the end of any billing period.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees for the affected period.
